The Susquehanna River is the nation's 16th-largest river by volume, the Susquehanna rises and flows through New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland into the Chesapeake Bay. At 464 miles long it’s the longest river on the east coast that drains into the Atlantic Ocean. The main source of Susquehanna comes from Otsego Lake in Cooperstown, New York. The river flows thru multiple cities as it reaches the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay in Havre de Grace, Maryland.
